Problem with if, else..

Hey im from BHW.. thx once again for creating such an amazing tool :)
I have some problems with finishing my script..
Heres a thing!

In short.. i have resource where i can choose gender.. and i want a script to do it.. the problem is i dont know how to connect "if" with choosing those 3 options..Like i select for example female.. and the script chooses female.. hope you guys understand my problem :) and thx in advance for any help.
