Enable Mic Access

Hello there is a website firertc [dot] .com which is asking for Mic access. i need to enable the mic access with the noise or an audio file in loop if possible. i do not want to give my mic access. How can i enable the mic by default on this website or enable the mic when it asks..
Please Help i really loved BAS

Or add these lines to the chrome_command_line.txt file
